As you can see the left picture, the reverse roll coating system of 'People & Technology' spread precise amount of coating fluid to the web by accurate gqp setting between the application roller and the metering roller. As the web is being winded up around the support roller, the amount of coating fluid is controlled by the application roller.

The application roller and the metering roller and steel rollers which are treated of chrome. Basically, the application roller is faster 1.2 ~ 2.5 times than web path for spreading precise amount of fluid on the web. The speed ratio between metering foller and the application roller is the most important point of the coating quality and People & Technology has got better of accuracy by our own technical expertise.

The PCM type is the complex coating machine that is combined with the direct roller coating system and the 3 roller reverse coating system of pnt's pride. This PCM type is suitable for operating web thickness from 12 micron to 150 micron and proud of coating thickness Min. 1 micron. The 'Jet Nozzle type' as drying method is also one of the remarkable features.
